Mike Lust joined the Belmonte Builders team in 2017. A 30-year veteran in the home building industry with a passion for designing homes, Mike is a natural fit for the Director of Sales and Marketing. He manages the Belmonte sales team as well as the website and all marketing, sales literature & signage.
Belmonte Builders built the first house in the Albany, N.Y. region to be certified Gold under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes program.
