Tom DeFilippis
Construction Manager
Tom DeFilippis has been a part of the Belmonte team for over 15 years.
He currently manages the Construction Department including all site superintendents as well as the Warranty Department. He brings with him over 25 years experience in new home construction.
Belmonte Builders built the first house in the Albany, N.Y. region to be certified Gold under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes program.
