May 2015 – Clifton Park, NY. Belmonte Builders recently won the Capital Region Builders & Remodelers Association (CRBRA) “Best In Building Awards” for the following categories: Best Conceptual Design, Most Creative New Home Feature, Best Community Logo and Best Direct Mailing Campaign.
CRBRA is a professional trade organization whose members are dedicated to following a strict Code of Ethics that provides consumers with the confidence that they are hiring reputable builders, remodelers, suppliers, and home building service providers. The “Best in Building Awards” recognize area builders in numerous categories. Belmonte was recognized for excellence for the following:
Best Conceptual Design (Under 2000 Sq. Ft) – For our community located next to the 1800s-era Victorian village of Round Lake, we retained the architectural vernacular in our new home floor plans by incorporating iconic features discovered on a foot tour of the Village.
Most Creative New Home Feature – For our “sleeping porch” prominent in many of our homes in the McKenzie’s Way community. We stacked the sleeping porch above an existing porch and can be entered through the master bedroom, thereby creating a private oasis for the owner.
Best Community Logo – For our Hillman’s Ridge logo representing a new neighborhood adjacent to the Village of Round Lake; an 1800’s “seaside-style” Victorian architecture village. Architectural design elements for this neighborhood are carried through the logo design.
Best Direct Mail Campaign – For direct mail and e-mail campaign asking customers to share their experience and provide a photo of their families enjoying their homes. These photos are on display in our main office, showroom, model homes, and more!
We would like to thank CRBRA for honoring Belmonte Builders with these awards and we look forward to continuing to build upon our reputation of building quality custom homes that are as individual as our clients.
Belmonte Builders built the first house in the Albany, N.Y. region to be certified Gold under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes program.
