We’d love for you to continue to get to know the Belmonte Team better. We’d like to introduce Marianne Clifford, Project Coordinator.
As a project coordinator, Marianne Clifford is there to make sure that every step of your building process runs as smoothly as possible. From ensuring your selections are processed appropriately, to answering any questions you might have about the process itself, Marianne makes sure your project stays on track and on time.
From the time that you sign your contract, Marianne takes great pains to ensure that you can clearly and confidently see the road ahead. We know that the home building process can seem a little daunting at first, but our project coordinators are always on hand and ready to help answer any questions you might have.
When it comes to staying on schedule, Marianne recommends new customers know what they want and be prepared to answer questions. “New home construction is a complicated process, and there are a lot of workings behind the scenes. It’s important to provide the required information, and documentation to keep your project going smoothly.”
She also recommends thinking ahead and considering how you’ll be using your home once you’ve moved in. “Be prepared for the electrical additions you want to make down the road. Have your electrician leave wiring where you will need it for things like sound, additional lighting in the ceiling, and walls for cabinets, so it will be ready to go when you are with less of a mess.”
A graduate of Sage College in Albany, Marianne holds a degree in interior design and has over 12 years experience in the building industry. She is currently a board member for the Professional Women in Building. She can be reached by phone at 518-371-1000 or by email at mclifford@belmontebuilders.com
